You are going to The Island

I love movies. And I love director Michael Bay. And I love his masterpiece "The Island". This is a fantastic sci-fi movie. It's one of my favourite movies. It is AWESOME. The main characters are played by Ewan McGregor, Scarlett Johannson and Steve Buscemi. McGregor (a Star Wars star) is a great actor and there is nothing more to say. Johansson is my favourite actress, not for her beauty (she IS perfect) but for her acting talent. So, the movie has Bay's style and this is great. I can't describe what I feel when I'm wathching "The Island". I watched this movie many times and I can watch it endlessly. You must listen to this music! It's wonderful! It's created by Steve Jablonsky, a great composer (but not as great as Hans Zimmer). This movie is perfect and I don't understand why it was poor in boxoffice.

ZV (Zombie vision)

TV is awful! All These stupid programs are destroying your brain! We live in era of hi-tech, so why do they tell us about spirits and other f*cking mystery shit? TV must give knowledge.  Why do people watch DOM-2? BBC programs are so rarely that I dont remember when I watched it last time. It 's not Tele Vision, it is Zombie Vision. They try to turn us into monkeys.....I dont see another answer....

I'm interesting in theme of mental disorders. I like to watch movies about this. There're many movies, with fictional illnesses ("The Number 23", "The Machinist") and real ("Aviator").
In tv-series Friends character Monica Geller (played by Courtney Cox) has obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) although it was never said.
One of the best movie is, of course, "A Beautiful Mind" (starring Russel Crowe), a story of real mathematican who has schizophrenia.
Another real life story is "Aviator". Directed by Martin Scorcese and starring Leonardo DiCaprio. The story is about famous american Howard Hughes.
"Matchstick Man" (starring Nicolas Cage). This is a story of thief who suffers from OCD.
My favourite movie is "Memento", starring great actor Guy Pearce. It's not really about disorder, but about brain-damaged man. It has one unique feature: the movie is split into five-minute segments that are in reverse chronological order (i.e. you watch movie from end to the begining!).

The mysteries of human mind is very interesting.

One-band hit

Do you know what my favourites hard rock bands? They are Scorpions and Europe. Europe split up about 10 years ago but they have come back! Many think that Europe is a one-hit band ("The Final Countdown", remember?) but it's not true and they're fools. I don't know their early albums well but the last ("Start From The Dark", 2004) is awesome! It's true old school hard rock!

Rock you like a hurricane

About a week ago I watched movie "Rock Star". It stars Mark Wahlberg and Jennifer Aniston. Movie is great! But I disliked Aniston in this role. It's not a comedy movie and I can't imagine her in other genre . Wahlberg is great as usual. So, lets get closer to the plot. Chris "Izzy" Cole is a fan of hard rock band Steel Dragon (I hate translators - they pronounced it as "Стальной Дракон"). Chris has his own band "Blood Pollution" and they play songs of SD. Chris looks like Bobby Beers, a SD vocalist - same clothes, same hair. Members of BP want don't want to play songs of SD, they want to play their own songs, but Chris doesn't. He leaves the band. Then, Chris was called by member of SD and wanted him to pass auditions for SD vocalist (Bobby Beers left the band). Chris passed auditions and now he is a singer of SD, his dream-band! But then he realized that he is only singer and can't do something else (e.g. write songs). And he leaves SD. You know, my English is not good enough to describe all the story ......

The topic is dead and it's not good.

I am siting on a chair and thinking what to post....hm.....um.....(think, McFly Lirq. Think!)....I know! Let's discuss English! What do you think about this language? Why do you love it? Do you love it?

I love it. I don't know why.

Well my knowledge of it is not as good as I want. Maybe it's because I'm too lazy.
I think my pronunciation is not poor but there're some troubles. For example, I say 'heat' and 'hit' in the same way but I know there's some difference between them.
